About Us:

Alamat Design is a Chicago based design community for those studying in the visual arts or in the visual arts fields. Our group is designed to work with newly graduates as well as experienced artists in the field to network and develop new skills. We focus on collaborating on projects with a wide variety of media from paintings to animations to interactive media. Much of our work is created to compete in the fast paced design industry. We are always open to new ideas and having new artists to participate.

 

Our Mission and Goals:

We are a growing team of artists from many different backgrounds. Our group is for those that have a passion for creating art. Many of us have the skills in many areas and a strong emphasis in a few. We work on training on the areas that we need more experience and can tutor with what we already know and show many of our techniques. As a group, we are not afraid to show our techniques in how we create our art. This is as a way for us to grow as artists and learn from each other. We keep no secrets here, we work as a group, we have no insecurities at Alamat Design.
